Diversified Capital Management is a Private Equity Fund of Funds devoted to developing high revenue growth, by creating economic, ecologic communities in targeted underserved locations throughout the U.S. and around the world.  

 

EcoCommunity Development is a social-economic-environmental development plan focused on creating new communities that simultaneously eliminate poverty, restore the natural environment and fight against climate change.

 

We will make continuous corporate acquisitions, build infrastructure and sell goods and services from these new technology centers in basic industries such as:

Corporate acquisitions will undergo efficiency measures and grow by expansion into 40 major U.S. markets and 10 rural locations.  We utilize a wide variety of Federal, State and Local tax exemptions, credits, abatements and investment programs that reduce costs, mitigate risks and ensure higher returns on investment. Diversified Capital Management is the solely devoted funding mechanism for EcoCommunity Development. 

 

At an average $1.3 billion per EcoCommunity, the plan allocates $60.5 billion over 7  years. EcoCommunities transform areas of people in poverty into new high-rise, live, work, shop, learn and play, environmental technology parks. 

 

We will process over 1,300 merger-acquisitions with down-line and secondary buy-grow-sell transactions to deploy in 40 major U.S. markets and 10 rural locations.  We will coordinate this integrated plan as General Managers along with our team of Private Equity management partners. EcoCommunities will be powerful long-term revenue generators and deliver the triple-bottom line of social-impact, environmental-impact and profits.
